AncestryInstitution [www.ancestryinstitution.com] – Available during Opening Hours
This website is part of Ancestry.ca [www.ancestry.ca].Our subscription gives access to the “world” edition. It contains collections of over 5,000 genealogical databases from around the world including:
- Canadian census
- Passenger lists
- The Drouin collection (births, marriages and deaths for Quebec 1621-1967) and many more.
BMS2000 [www.bms2000.org] – Available during Service Hours
This website includes databases for baptisms, marriage and burials from the colonization of New France up to present days.
YourFolks/MesAieux [www.yourfolks.com] – Available during Service Hours
This website includes references to marriages of many Quebec parishes and some indexes to parishes of Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Find My Past [www.findmypast.co.uk/home.jsp] - Available during Service Hours
This website is a useful tool if you are doing research on ancestors from the United Kingdom. It contains outgoing passenger lists (including those to Canada), early military records (including some who were stationed in Canada), census and birth, marriage and death records, etc.
