I admire LAC’s mission to share information as much as possible, but I really question the need to post the photographs of people who were prisoners in Kingston Pen for all the world to look at. It is one thing to make them available to people conducting research; it is quite another to post the pictures of these unfortunates (whatever their circumstances or crimes) to the possible detriment of their descendants. I would have to ask: to what purpose?
