Having looked at this album again I find you have made an unfortunate change. For image 8 the caption originally read “Rt. Hon. R.B. Bennett, Prime Minister of Canada, surrounded by members of the Cabinet, speaking by telephone to Sir George Perley at the British Empire Trade Fair at Buenos Aires.” That was correct, but ambiguous, and must have confused whoever altered the caption. A few minutes research in the Finding Aid for the Bennett Papers in MG 26 would have supplied the information that it was Perley who travelled to Argentina and not the Cabinet. The French caption is correct.
